Monthly leasing payment

To calculate the monthly leasing payments, enter the data: value of financing, residual value, term in months and the monthly interest rate.
The residual value is the expectation of the sale price of an asset at the end of its useful life. For the purposes of leasing, the "residual value", is the value remaining after the term of financing.
The residual value may also represent the total amount that the final buyer can acquire the asset, after the payment of financing. To a greater residual value, the lower the monthly payment.
If financial costs are given as a factor, ask the bank or supplier who convert to monthly rate.
Use the point as decimal separator. Ex. For the number 25,152.47 enter 25152.47; The results are automatically displayed after you click on "Calculate".
